ZOOM Sessions By opening the window, we will build your own unique profile based off stressors you're experiencing while aligning  therapy that will help empower you to access your innate capacity for healing and personal growth. ​ Equipping you with tools that strengthen your self-awareness and self-compassion, you will learn how your mind, body & soul are all interconnected. ​ (Example: Stress with "work" - you're experiencing lack of sleep, frequent headaches, or back pain)

LOTUS developed from a place of survival mode and a tragic disconnect of self love. A journey that embodied years of intensive therapy & schooling along with a will to help others find peace and wellness.  By equipping clients with practical and intentional tools,  they will begin to strive towards a healthy lifestyle that fully embodies balance & love. Somatic healing is holistic, going beyond talk therapy to connect heart, mind, body & soul. We look to the body as a wise resource, ally, and guide to tap into the inner healing intelligence we all possess. Understanding our body's signals can provide insight into our mental & physical health, fostering a greater overall wellbeing.
